Spectator information

To ensure an enjoyable and unforgettable experience for our guests, we have prepared аn overview of spectator services provided at the venues of the BRICS Sports Games.
If you need any assistance while at the venue, please address any of our volunteers or contact the information desk.
First aid post
First aid posts and ambulance teams are available at all competition venues to any visitors of the BRICS Games.
The following venues also have separate medical rooms for spectators only:
— Aquatics Palace;
— Central Stadium;
— Ak Bars Martial Arts Palace;
— Tatneft Arena;
— Basket Hall.
Food & beverage
The venues of the BRICS Sports Games are equipped with a spectators dining area and food & beverage vending machines. Also, food trucks are available at the venues where spectator areas are located in the open air.
Due to safety measures only certain types and amount of food and drinks are allowed to the venue. For this reason, visitors are advised not to bring food and drinks to the sport venues as there will be sufficient provision inside for purchase.
Spectator activities
To brighten up the wait for the start of the match and have a great time during the break, spectators are encouraged to participate in various entertainment activities at the venues of the BRICS Games.
Storage room
In order to ensure security at the venues, please leave oversized bags and prohibited items in the storage room when coming to the competitions. In addition, please familiarize yourself with the list of prohibited items and list of prohibited items.
Information support
Information desks at the venues provide information support and Lost & Found service to any visitors on event days.
Some venues are also equipped with interactive information panels that display important information about the tournament and spectators services.
If you require further information support or assistance during the attendance of the competitions, our staff and volunteers will be happy to help.
Lost & Found
To report lost property or to hand in found items, go to the Lost & Found located at the information desk. Fill out a special form, and we will contact you in case of discovering your lost belongings.

Venue rules
All visitors shall follow the rules for visiting the BRICS Sports Games. We highly recommend to familiarize yourselves with this document to ensure a safe and comfortable stay at the venue.
Spectators parking
There is no parking available for spectators at most of the venues. Therefore, we encourage visitors to use public transport or taxi. Please check the availability and location of parking lots on the spectators maps.

When attending wushu and judo competitions at the Tatneft Arena, spectators can leave their cars at a covered paid parking place. The prices are as follows:

1 hour — 50 ₽
more than 5 hours — 250 per day

Accessible parking lots are available at the venues where tickets are sold for people with limited mobility. In order to gain access to these parking lots, spectators shall have a ticket to the competition, a proof of disability, identity document and a disabled car sticker fixed on the car.
